Thoughtful support for meaningful connectionTake the first step

COUPLES THERAPY

For two people, and the space between.

Every couple’s story is different. Explore a supportive space to speak, listen and better understand what matters to each of you.

ABOUT THE SERVICE

It is okay not to know where to begin.

Couples may consider support during changes in communication, life transitions, recurring disagreements, or simply because they want to give their relationship more intention.

Sessions are designed as guided conversations. Whether this service is appropriate depends on individual circumstances and an initial suitability discussion.

COMMON STARTING POINTS

The things couples often want to explore.

↔

Communication

Being heard, listening differently and discussing difficult topics with more clarity.

♡

Connection

Understanding needs, intimacy, expectations and what feeling connected looks like for you.

◇

Change

Navigating new stages, uncertainty or decisions about the future.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE

Safe, appropriate support matters.

Relationship counselling is not suitable for every circumstance. If you are experiencing abuse, coercion or immediate danger, joint sessions may not be safe. Seek help from an appropriate local emergency or specialist service.

This website is not an emergency service, and an email enquiry is not a crisis contact method.
